"Rip off artists. I purchased a key for a xbox live subscription. I did not use it right away and found when I did get around to using it was already used. I reported the issue to them. They had me chat with Microsoft and it was confirmed the key was used hours after it was sold to me. My guess is they sold the same key to 2 people. They refused to provide me a new key or a refund. They were actually very rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! or if you do use the key right away before they sell it to another person."
