"Hi all, I am the biggest nokia fan. I had around 10 to 12 phones in 10 years. I ordered Nokia N97 from nokiausa dot com. I was so much happy to see my new N97. I opened it worked for 10 minutes then it didnt detect any network. I tried it with both two service providers in US. Didnt work, then I shippied it the next day and I ordered new N97. then I was waiting for 2 days then I received the new N97, opened and switched on, again defect. What the Heck.... there were two dark lines on the display. Come on what you nokia guys thinking.. are we stupid I paid $700 $ 700 = 1400 for two phones. Then I shipped it back, I just received the money back after 3 or 4 phone calls for the cost of phone, they said they'll pay the tax separately and not the money which I spent for shipping.

And no more purchasing from nokiausa dot com in my life. So folks beware don't buy anything from nokia usa. Thats all i can say.

"Never buy anything from this site, I odered a phone from this site, I needed it urgently, so I paid extra $10 for overnight shipping, next day I got a email that it is back odered, it takes 10 days to ship, So why pay extra $10 for overnight shiping, so I called up customer service , which I was able to reach (after 1 hr of hold time)to cancel the order, the rep said they do not have cancel button, only way is I should not take delivery, so I did as they said, after 1 month I got $230 refund instead of $ 265 which I paid, when I called CS they told they deduct shipping charges and also tax. Do you think is it worth buying from this horrible store????"

"I've been a Nokia Fan for years coz back in the Philippines it was the most advanced...even here in America. Where other phones are coming out with 2mega pixel cameras we in the Phils have been using video calls w/ Nokia. So I ordered a 5800 a competitor of the I-phone as a gift for my girlfriend who is not in ATT user. Online there was this mastercard bundle which offered 399 w/ a blue tooth headset. 339 if phone only. I paid like 449 w/ taxes and 15 dollor overnight shipping. NO HEAD SET. My girlfriend received it...liked it ...then she mentions she called the customer service and the woman there was not listening to her. Telling her that there was no special offer that the price was not including the headset. I called and spoke to the floor manager and all she said that we will call you 24 to 48 hrs when we resolve it. No explanation...no nothing. Nokia in U.S. customer service sucks. And they are supposed to be a big company. They should revamp everone....maybe one of the reasons they are not as successful in the US. No resolution until yet. I'll update this if anything changes. It has been 7 days since I received the phone. My girlfriend called thrice since she received the phone....still no resolution....Nokia sucks."

"Several problems.

1. basic car charger was back-ordered (DC-4 model)
2. no notification that shipment was delayed (11 days after placing order)
3. could not check order status online
4. called to find out and was on hold for 30 minutes
5. Nokia would NOT allow me to cancel the order even though it had not shipped yet

Fortunately I was able to cancel the transaction through my credit card company.

Terrible customer service for a global company like Nokia.

I recommending ordering cell phone accessories through Amazon.com sellers.

"I placed an order for two Fun-shells for the Nokia 3220, but the site crashed before confirming the order. When I called to inquire, they bent over backwards to make it right. They did verify my billing address with my credit card company, and found an error, which required another call to straighten up. But I'd rather they check than allow someone to steal my data.

I am very pleased with Nokia and will order direct from them again in the future. Shipping was free, and I was able to choose between USPS and Fed Ex. My order arrived today via Fed Ex (in two days, even with the credit card check).

"Have place two orders for accessories within the last 30 days. Both shipped free of charge by United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. Both arrived in less time than expected. Very pleased with the products, and the packaging. Phone order customer service staff were very courteous and willing to help. The downside is that I had originally wanted to place the orders over the internet. However, even though using USPS, the website will not accept a Post Office (P.O.) Box for a Ship To Address. This is despite the fact that my Billing Address is the same P.O. Box and the shipper is United States Postal Service. This would have been understandable if I had been using UPS or FedEx or similar carrier. Overall, very pleased with service. Will use them for future purchases and would recommend to others."

"Heads up. I purchased a Nokia 3585i cell phone from the local cell phone service provider. There is NO warranty card included in the box. Nokia wants us to register on-line. I went to register and was unable to. Why? Because they require my PERSONAL PRIVATE cell phone number!!!!!! That is not required to warranty an item. I believe there are federal laws covering this area.

I am on the federal "do not call" list and the constant flood of unwanted calls stopped. Hooray!!!! But, there are loopholes to the law. If I give my phone number to a firm in the course of doing business they CAN call me even if I do not want to be.

My cell phone is for emergency use only and I am on a strict budget. That is why I opted for the "per call" plan at 35-cents per minute. The phone will be used ONLY for emergencies. I can not afford to have Nokia or their sub-firms calling me. I refuse to give out my phone number. Thus, i can not register for the warranty and will not receive any recall notices.

If I knew Nokia required my PERSONAL PRIVATE phone number that I pay for I would never have bought their product.

"Ordered couple of accessories for my 3650 from this web-site. These were not available elsewhere since this was a brand new model introduced.

Nokiausa website showed that these items (Car phone holder and a phone case) will be shipped immediately. Then I receive only partial order(Car phone holder), but no email notification of the same. After I call up to find out, I am told the other item is backordered and will be shipped in a week's time. On my informing them that I did not receive any such notification, I am told that this is not a company policy, and "we email only when we ship the product". When I browse thru the web-site, the accessory is still listed and shown that it is shipped immediately.

Anyways I wait for it for over 10 days, write an email, get a response after 2 days saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience, blah, blah, blah, but no word on when I will get the item. After that 5 emails go un-answered and then I suddenly get an email to call a 800 number regarding my order. I am asked about the credit card again (which has already been charged before and told the product will be shipped immediately). Next day another email saying the item is back-ordered and will be shipped at the end of June. Called and told they will get back to me, still waiting... Meanwhile this item is now available all over the internet and have purchased it elsewhere. So much for buying it from the original manufacturer!!
