"You have to really dig around the website to find shipping info, but it says they will ship same day if you order on a work day. I ordered on a Thursday around 4pm EST and for some reason it took 2 hours for the payment to process, received confirmation about 6pm Thursday. About 24hrs later I received a shipping notification, "Great news — we've shipped the following order using a next day delivery service, so it will be with you soon. Your card has now been charged for this order." By Monday afternoon the tracking# still wasn't working so I contacted customer service via live chat, a bot replied with some gibber-gabber that had nothing to do with my question and decided I was satisfied. I contacted them again, this time I was told 4 working days, no context as to what that meant, and again they decided my question had been answered. I asked again and was told if my phone doesn't arrive by tomorrow (Tuesday), contact them again. Monday evening the tracking# was updated saying my phone will arrive Thursday evening. I can live with a week turnaround, but that information should be provided on the order page and their customer service is terrible. An important part of retail is meeting the customer's expectations and treating them with respect and that didn't happen. "
