"Wife got hit in fuel filler door in parking lot. Collision centers quotes $2500-3000 for repair. Looked online for salvage part - most wanting $75-95 for wrong color door. Norm Reeves San Diego Toyota not only had the right replacement, but was only about $50 (on sale) and had it available to pick up at the dealer in 48 hours. Wife had to show picture of my credit card and ID to pick up (thank you for the extra security!). Touch up paint and clear coat was another $50. Fixed it myself and saved over $2000! Thanks Norm Reeves!"
"The prices are reasonable and cheaper than either Ebay or Amazon. I suggest to check the prices first here. I have Kia too. They dont have pick up option and even if the dealer next to your home they charge shipping :) That is why Toyota always better than Kia or Hyundai ! "

"I ordered parts for my Toyota online and went in to pick them up. I asked to verify if they were correct for the vehicle and the repair needed. After the parts technician discovered my mistake he helped me with a refund and part number for the right parts... but explained they were unavailable in the US. I went home to research alternative parts when the technician texted me and called me to give me updated parts numbers and they are available... above and beyond... outstanding work. "
"Great website, super easy to find what I need."
"Easiest of all the Toyota dealerships to deal with.
Thank you "
"I was on the website and called to see if the part number on the site would fit my Tacoma, I was told I needed my vin to check it, didn't seem necessary, I complied only to find out it did fit.
Let's keep it simple."
