"Bait and switch AND horrible response to my seeking of resolution; paid (a lot) for "UPS Next Day Air" shipping, and it was over a day late... ordered on Friday at 10:18 AM (their site even says that orders by 3 are Next Day), UPS website says they deliver Next Day Air orders on Saturday, AC Part shows up on Monday; whole Friday and weekend of 87 degree temps. Informed them, just wanted credit for the shipping charge; (by the way, they don't answer phones; only method is text). Instead, they dug in their heels, hid behind statements like "... our policy says..." and ".. it's not our fault..." taking NO responsibility for ANY of it.... horrible, horrible customer experience... race to the bottom and treat your customers like garbage; no empathy, no care. Do not buy anything from these people; they need fix this, but they do not care. So, I'm disputing the whole transaction as a "fraud of service" becauseTHAT is what it is. This could have been easily remedied, but they couldn't see the wisdom of doing that. Don't buy anything from these folks."
"I’m an HVAC contractor in the Boston area who ordered a control board from this company. Waited 1 1/2 months for the arrival of this board. Told at the last minute ‘it’s not available’ and refused to refund my funds until I took them to small claims. Then they hit my card for a restocking fee. These people are pathetic- don’t do business with them!"
"The website lured you to order at a low price, Then support team emailed you to ask you to confirm your order, and after you replied to the Email, he lied that he had not received it. Even he confirms your order and then delays delivery, which may actually be no delivery at all. When you ask again, he cancel your order again on the grounds that you did not reply to the email, when in fact there is no such email."
"Don't waste your time with these clowns. They have parts listed on their websites that they do not have. I ordered a Genteq 5KCP39FGV442AS (as shown in the photo below on their website). They sent me a Service First MOT******* (as shown in the picture I took below) which is different electrically, physically and has different performance characteristics. If they had asked if a substitute would be acceptable we wouldn't be in this mess, but they did not. They sent what they had, which does not fit my application, and then demanded a 20% restocking fee plus shipping to return the wrong part they sent me. Fortunately, my credit card company canceled their charge. If they had spent half as much time communicating with me as they spent trying to meet their sales numbers in bogus restocking fees they would have a successful business. Read their BBB reviews for more examples.

Then, I get the part 10 days later. They won’t refund the expedited shipping because they say they shipped it the last possible day. I can’t believe they stock anything. I have to believe they take your order and shop around. Part came from a different state than they claim to be located "
"I purchased a replacement solenoid valve from them for my humidifier, but they sent the wrong one. I returned it, and now they are charging a restocking fee and claiming they sent the right part. Not sure why they are lying, but it doesn't matter. They cannot be trusted."
"I ordered a W10185976 Kenmore dryer timer control 220 volt item(Robert Shaw 162-709-am) from them on Amazon and after 10 days I never received it so Amazon refunded my money. Stupid me reordered from the same company on Amazon but got the part the next day and guess what, they sent the wrong part, it was a 110 volt version(Robert Shaw 162-401-am) absolutely useless to me, but Amazon refunded my money again.
So either this company doesn't want to stay in business or they hire exceptionally stupid people and will go broke because of it. "

"I ordered a Carrier General Electric OEM Blower motor before 3:00 on August 6, 2020 and received a Yongshan Broad Ocean motor of the wrong frame size, shaft size, manufacturer and part number. It did not ship out the same day as their advertising states. I paid for 2nd day air shipping and it arrived on August 11, 2020. These people advertise that they have OEM motors in stock, however the one I received was drop shipped from JB Myers Group in Duquesne, PA. with no packing slip. According to JB Myers website they are an HVAC Contractor and Boiler Service Contractor. North American HVAC did not have in stock what they advertise. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail - no one answers the phone as advertised on their Facebook Page. Their email on the order form does not work. The only way to communicate with them is by text, and they have no concept of the meaning of customer service. I will not do business with these people again."

Part they sent was generic and useless and they won't refund return shipping for their mistakes or deceit. Lied about not getting my emails and their offering prepaid shipping. "bluestang5 or NorthAmericaHVAC.com sent me an empty circuit board box (ICM282A - $129.75 yes more expensive than others). Box was not even properly packaged for shipping. The tracking sticker was stuck directly on the circuit board box. EDIT: Apparently, this item was dropped shipped and not packaged very well. I had to order item from another place (through Amazon) and it was also not packaged for shipping, however, the board was luckily still inside. Probably not a fault of theirs and maybe the drop shipper."
"DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased an exhaust blower for our furnace, with shipping almost $300, I installed in April 2017, at the end of winter season. This new blower didn't had 10 hours of use. The beginning of 2017 winter after a couple days of furnace running the vibration in the blower is horrible, something out of balance on blower. I emailed the company they said unless you are a licensed HVAC tech. there is NO WARRANTY!! I spoke with them when i ordered it, now you cant contact by phone. This company will be reported to the state of Indiana and FCC, they should not be allowed to have a website or any type of business. If you purchase from them its at your own risk! I am pursuing legal action!! I seen nothing about NO WARRANTY! "
"1) Bought product, North America HVAC ("NAH") emailed that it shipped
2) One week later, no product. Called UPS who said a label was generated but it was never picked up by UPS.
3) Filed dispute with Paypal. Afterwhich, NAH immediately shipped my fan motor. BUT
4) It looked fishy...corrosion on casing.
5) Googled this company and found LOTS of horrid reviews about remanufactured products.
6) Called the manufacturer and found out that the "new" motor I bought in 2017 was built in 2005 and refurbished
7) It was shipped without any documentation in a box that the manufacturer said was not authentic.
8) Now working with PayPal to get my money back.
