"10/10 TO KAZIRANGA & 10/10 TO MY DRIVER 10/8 TO HOTELS OVER ALL BEST TRIP "

"I booked my 6 days trip to Shilong, Cherapunzi, Kaziranga and Guwahati, unfortunately this is my worst trip and experience with any travel agent. I booked my north east trip with "North East Tourism" with the hope that it is one of the best service provider in North East for travel there, but it made my trip pathetic. When I reached on airport I had to wait 30 minutes for driver as the agents did not inform driver for our booking, no hotel was booked in advance and at last I have not been provided any hotel mentioned in my itnerary for which I had paid. I could not enjoy the travel because I had to personally follow the hotel directly everyday to check if my room is booked or not, and always it was not, then to call agent and ask him to book it and then he used to book in some different hotel at that timw only. They continuously chased me to pay the remaining amount in almost every 30 minutes when I reached at airport that too at no service they provided what they promised initially. Also, the agent told me when I did booking that they will accept the payment through card at Kaziranga, but after reaching there he declined for it and asked for cash. In one of the hotel at Kaziranga there was no backup for light. All together it is a lesson for me to not go North East via travel agent, the same thing every individual I met in North East also suggested."
