When I placed my order the compressor was in stock and said 3-5 day shipping. 10 days later it showed up at our dock looking like it had been tumbled in the truck multiple times, broken parts and oil everywhere. Our shipping people took pictures and refused to accept. I contacted our account representative and they did get right on finding a replacement. But I'm now sitting on another 2 weeks and still haven't received a compressor. Our inside rep seems to be doing the best out of a bad situation, I can't imagine how this would have gone without some inside help."
