"I placed an order on October 24th that was supposed to come with a Milwaukee Inflator. Northern Tool canceled the free inflator and never notified me. When I called 2-1/2 months later to find out where it was they said they made a mistake and would not be sending it. I've been a Northern Tool customer for over 15 years, but I will not support a company that I can't trust. Customer Service Reps don't care whether they lose customers. I gave them multiple opportunities to step up and do the right thing and they refused. I will take my business elsewhere. "
