When I wanted to finalize the order with the rep, I was unable to use PayPal, which is my preferred way to pay. I was informed that PayPal is only available when purchasing online. I attempted other purchases in the next few days, only to find that the website still wouldn't allow me to complete the sale. Unfortunately for Northern, I found similar products at Amazon, which had a much smoother process for ordering."
