"Ordered the Milwaukee string trimmer kit on great sale months ago. Added a blower to it because the sale price was so good. Blower arrived promptly (no battery or charger because that would come in the trimmer kit). The trimmer was backorder for months but received emails saying it would be coming. Finally I called to check on the order and was told it had been canceled and that I had been sent an email stating this and a $50 gift card was included. I had not received that and was stuck with a product of no use. Was given the email and gift card again. Went on the website and was able to reorder the stringer kit that day and should have it this week in the mail but have to pay much more for it! Poor business plan in my opinion and a really bad treatment of a paying customer who would have most likely returned to add to the line of battery operated products. "

"When I first placed my order I was anticipating a response in a reasonable amount of time but came to find out; a week later that someone in the shipping department mistyped my email address so I never received a shipping confirmation and my order was cancelled. I did however start receiving emails about promotional products within an hour of ordering, so I know the faulty email was not on my part. After ordering a second time my item did arrive but with hidden damage in the crate due to improper packaging. It didn’t shift in the crate cause it was tightly bound. The delicate part should have not been put against the exterior of the crate.
Now I wait for the replacement part but first I wait to hear that it’s probably not state side and it needs to come from china. Once I get it repaired I’d be glad to let you know how long it took to get the part and how well it works. "
