"When I received my Ironton 12000-lb 12 volt DC Electric Truck Winch. The quick mounting plate wasn't with the winch. There was no disclaimer saying it wasn't included. I called before I ordered the winch and the customer service representative said it did. In the spec sheet it says the mounting hardware included, and the pictures and the video included with the winch description shows the winch mounted on the quick mounting plate and attached to the truck in the reese hitch. What's worse you can't mount the 4way roller fairlead that comes with the winch in the box to the winch there is no holes in the winch for mounting. you have to buy the quick mounting plate in order to mount and use the 4 way roller fairlead. Northern Tool Advertising team uses some deceptive practices. There should of been a disclaimer with the picture and video saying the quick mounting plate is not included and it needs ordered separately. "
