I called today to find out I will not receive until the middle of December. Thanks for the heads-up!!! No one called or emailed me to let me know that it was backordered again until middle of December. I love your company, it has been my favorite for a long time. But in light of this I am very disappointed. I purchased so I would have for my trip in a week but will not have it now. There should be some kind of compensation for this. "Misplaced my arbor wrench for a long discontinued table saw model. After a days long search, my only option was to buy a whole set of extra thin wrenches. As luck would have it, maybe 2 hours after placing the order, I located the old wrench searching for something else. Had trouble cancelling the order as the order number provided somehow changed during the process. Talked to a real person and was told to just refuse the package and I'd get a refund. Had to take it back to FedEx as I wasn't home when it arrived but it worked and I got my money back. All's well that ends well."

Its still in my driveway and they refuse to refund the money I paid them until they have skid plate back in their possession . This was their mistake and they should atleast refund my money at this point . Thats just not how you treat people . I will never work with them again .
