"Unable to apply gift card to purchases being picked up in the store. Ordered a foot shear months ago and waiting for it to arrive which was today. When purchased it came with a $100 e-gift card which wasn't emailed until it shipped last week. It was supposed to arrive Friday Sept 24th and was delayed in arriving to the store. I wasn't going to use the e-gift card until I was certain the shear arrived. The gift card was only good until the 30th of the month which is the same day the shear arrived. I knew exactly what I wanted to use the e-gift card on, however I was unable to. Everything I tried to purchase stated "Unable tp process e-gift card for in store pick-up". Now I still have to go to the store to pick up the foot shear which was purchased online, how impractical to be unable to order something online and pick up at the store on the same visit. I will be sure to think twice before ordering again based on incentives, let alone just plain out ordering from Northern. "
