"Druu at Northwind Computers is amazing and saved us from potentially losing a couple new clients. We produce food recipe videos for food bloggers and grocery stores all over the US. We had an issue with our computer and had a couple of projects due the next day. Druu stayed past his closing time to help us. He tried a few different ways to fix our issues, and would not give up until he found a remedy. His fee was extremely reasonable. He went way beyond what most businesses would do, and again, it was closing time when we phoned in to see if he could help. Druu did not leave until the job was done. Bonus for us...when we walked out of the business, he noticed a rubber piece hanging from the bumper of our car. Druu got on the ground and put the rubber piece back in place. We produce food videos, and Druu really saved our bacon today! We would highly recommend him to anyone who has computer needs in the Boise area.
