"i received the wrong product from notyourmamasknives.com.i emailed them the same day i received the product.i placed my order on aust 14th.the order number is 100004619.the order was for a pro tech godfather knife with a black blade and black handle.i received a black handle and silver blade.when i emailed them about the mistake i received a response from a guy named jared.he basically said it would be taken care of and i would receive a rma to have the item returned back to them.the rma came to my email for me to print off, but my issue was that the only way i could avoid a pickup charge from ups was to drive 45 miles to one of the ups stores and drop off my package.i feel this is not right.i should not have to PAY ANYTHING for a mistake that they made.there would be a $13 charge to pick up the package from my house.I sent another email to jared asking if they they please send me another rma with a prepaid authorization to pick up from my home.After this email i heard nothing. i at least deserve a response. even if its to tell me that they refuse to send me a prepaid rma.this is just bad business.THIS SILENCE FROM THIS SELLER IS LIKE GIVING ME A BIG FAT MIDDLE FINGER!!i have checked notyourmamas.com seller feedback on other sites and they have great reviews.but someone there has just written me off because they dont want to be bothered with this situation anymore. i have sent numerous emails to the address listed and not heard anything back after the first couple of replies.i have also called the "customer service line" that is supposedly open m-f 9-5..it just goes to a voicemail that says that they ive priority to voicemails and will answer all of them...not true. whoever gets in touch with them please pass along my request: 1) let me know if and when i will receive a rma that i dont have to pay for the pickup charge. i just want the knife i ordered.this has gone on way to long just because someone is to lazy to respond back to their customers. THEY NEED TO RESPOND AND FIX THIS..

"Ordered a Bradley Cutlery Kimura III on August 14 (Friday) and received it on the 20th. Item was shipped on 16th, Monday (shipment policy states they don't ship on weekends), and was emailed a tracking# same day.
Had no problems; service/speed as expected. Great selections of knives and such, but what really sold me was their prices. I would defiantly buy from this company again.
Note: Not sure how they deal with the shipping legality of automatic/gravity knives in certain states; but I didn't have to sign for the package, like some other reviewer stated. Either way, for anybody interested in such items, they need to educate themselves on laws where they reside. They may be tools with good attentions, but also are potential dangerous weapons.
Example: I couldn't buy any gravity/automatic knife longer then 2" in California. It's actually considered a misdemeanor for any person who possesses this kind of item in a vehicle or on the person in a public area (California Penal 653K). Legal to own privately though."
"I ordered 2 axes from this place. The first was a SOG Fusion. The shipping was next day on this because it came from SOG directly. I was very pleased with this,I just received my second axe which was a Condor Combat Axe. The picture on the website showed a black handle and mine came with a brown handle. I contacted Jake at the company and he quickly helped me solve the problem and I am happy with the order."

"Very good customer service. When perusing the web for the Cold Steel Recon 1, I noticed that some vendors were still selling the old ones with the 440 steel as opposed to the newer Aus 8.
I made a note with my order that I'd only want the knives if they were Aus 8.
Got a call at 10:30 am from a very nice man explaining that the clip point I'd ordered was indeed Aus 8, but that the tanto would be 440. He helped me adjust my order on the spot.

"Ordered knife Saturday Oct 17th and received confirmation email on Sunday. Waited for a while but never received a tracking number. I emailed on Friday the 23rd and did not get a reply until Monday. They gave me the tracking number and it said that the knife was just shipped on Friday!! One week after I ordered..Come on. When the knife finally arrived it wasn't even the one I had ordered! Very disappointed with this site. Decent pricing, but I think I'd rather pay a few extra bucks and not deal with this crap."
"Ordered a knife on November 5th with second day shipping. On the 9th I had not yet received a shipping notification, so I inquired by email as to my order's status and did not receive a reply. On the 10th I received my knife, meaning it would have shipped either the day I placed the order, or the day after. However my inquiry was never answered, and I never received tracking information for my order.
After receiving the order, I made an inquiry about my item via the form on the web site (on the 10th). I have not received a reply yet.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and the speed with which it shipped, but the lack of reply to either of my inquiries makes me concerned, as I'm not sure I would not be able to contact the company if something went wrong with my order."
"I placed an order for a knife on 9 October 09. I have patiently waited for 11 days with no change in status until I emailed them asking for an update. I am in Iraq which is an APO address. APO shipments take on average 7 days to get here. All merchants that I have ordered from have gotten stuff here in that time. This company has a very poor policy on APO shipping. They have to send the product to the main office to fill out customs paperwork and they say this can take up to a week! This is bad customer service especially for those who serve this country! Filling out customs paperwork is nothing more than writing the address the I have provided on the form and declaring what is being shipped. How difficult is that? It is now going on day 12 and my knife that I paid 250$ for is going to take a week to get customs paperwork filled out and then another week for it to actually get here. And the free shipping is lost with APO as well. At this rate I should have my new knife by Thanksgiving.
**UPDATE**
I received my knife on 2 Nov after being in contact with the company. They admitted that there was a mishap in dealing with my order and made every effort to correct the situation. They also refunded the shipping cost. After all is said and done I will buy from this company again. After being in contact with the company and dealing with the professional staff I must say that they did take care of me and correct the mistake."
