"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered an internal hard drive and paid $19 extra for overnight shipping. Five days later, no delivery! I called Thursday and they said it would "definitely" be there Friday, but Friday, no drive, and when I called the guy couldn't even find evidence of it being shipped. "

"We ordered RAM for our home computer on January 5th of 2005. It is now April 11th, and after NUMEROUS attempts to recieve our order, and then recieving the WRONG memory, I'm still trying to get what I originally ordered. "Sammy" has attempted to be helpful, but promises that my order will arrive within a couple of days have not come through. I will NOT buy from them again, and advise that noone else that actually needs service order from them either."

"I ordered a drive for my compaq laptop on 12-28-04. After 2 emails and 2 calls I still have not got a response from these people. They are a hideous company to deal with. They do not respond to emails, and I also get a full voicemail box when trying to phone them. They actually answered the phone on one of my calls. The guy on the phone was very unhelpful. He told me he would email me a ups tracking number but has not done so. I also asked him if he knew if my product had been sent out, he didn't know. To this date I still have not received my drive.
MY RECCOMENDATION: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET SCREWED!

"I try to be patient with most online companies, Notebook Drives Outlet pushed me to the edge. After ordering I received a notification that my items were back ordered, I asked for an ETA and got no response, I called 2 times and got no real information on my order. Next a few of my items arrived and I received no shipping notification of their shipping, and one item was incorrect. I called customer support to get an RAM; I was greeted by a rude support representative whom did not have any of my order information available, after I gave him all the relevant order information (he should have had) he responded “what about it?” and “what do you want?” Ahh… an RMA maybe? I will never shop with Notebook Drives Outlet again no matter how cheap the price."

"Almost one month since having placed and been charged for my order, I have neither received the merchandise nor been reimbursed. Three emails and two phone calls to the merchant have remained unanswered. I recommend that no one do business with this company."

"Proliant 18.2G SCSI HDD Part: 152190-001
Product listed as 'New Bulk'. However, these drives were refurbished, with over 20,000 hours use. When contacted, Notebook climed that the drives were new, but then sent additional 'new' drives. These were also used, but in better condition than the previous shipment. Then Notebook claimed that these were not current shipping parts from HP, which IS incorrect. The product is still listed on their website.

"I ordered qty 4 of a specific kingston part number which was on the compatibility list for my $500 (Iwill DK8X) motherboard.

They sent generic crap instead. When I called them they tried to convince me the generic crap they gave me was "good stuff". I told them I wanted kingston ram that was mentioned specifically on their website. They told me that they sent out generic, as that is what they had in stock and the kingston stuff was backordered. They told me they'd get the kingston stuff out monday to arrive on tuesday.

Tuesday rolled around and no ram. I called them tuesday and wednesday. Neither day did I receive the memory.

Thursday I received a new package with GIGARAM with the WRONG MEMORY LAYOUT (32x8). My board requires x4.

I called them again and got voicemail. I was informed that the voicemailbox was full and could not accept any new messages.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL BAIT & SWITCH.
