"Laptopplaza.com, Notobooktrade.com, ComputerTrade accepted our PO 200126862 for NEW products but sent refurbished & refused to take back & refund us.
On 1/14/09 our buyer confirmed via AOL Chat w Vlad (owner of Laptopplaza, Notebooktrade.com) that they had qty 5 new Dell DellMini16B laptop computers. EZ Systems thus sent PO 200126862 to Vlad who accepted order. He asked for wire transfer which we sent. Product was shipped. EZ was buying laptops as New for resale to a governmental agency in Maryland.
Once my customer got the units around 1/26 they began to complain that the units were not new, the batteries would not hold a charge and the units already had log in user names and passwords on them.
We notified Latopplaza (Vlad) who said all says are final and that Dell would have to help us. We got the run around with Dell for a few days about how the computers needed to be registered to the end user and then we subsequently also found out from calling Dell that the units were indeed refurbished.
By now our customer was frustrated and demanded EZSystems to take units back and refund them their money or they would sue us. We complied and took the units back and refunded our customer their money.
Since about Feb 10th we have been dealing with Dave at Laptop Plaza to send units back and get a full refund. Numerous phone calls and emails to Vlad also were not replied to all. Dave at Laptopplaza did admit that they knew the units were refurbished but still could not take units back since the excuse the units were open. Units came in brown boxes unlabeled and there was not way to determine new or refurbished without opening them.
At this point as we have been asking all along we would like an authorization number to send the 5 units back that we paid a total of $1,895.00 We would like a full refund accordingly. The units were not new as ordered but refurbished. EZ Systems has been in business since 1991 and we only expect to get what we buy and to be treated fairly. The handling of this transaction by Latopplaza, Notebooktrade.com has been most frustrating and a great waiste of time for us and our customer.

"I ordered a Toshiba e310 for an extreamly low price. I got it very soon. They are very polite, and would definatly shop there again."
"Ordered a Compaq Presario 900US notebook computer. They had a good, low price. I had been warned to call and check stock before ordering from them, so I did.
The representative claimed they had one unit left, I ordered it and it showed up on my doorstep exactly when they said it would."
