"Stay away fro this merchant! I ordered a Xerox Printer from them, after 1 month still no printer, after calling for days I finally got ahold of somebody who said it was backordered, Never answered an email, I tried calling many times and finally talked to somebody who said it shipped but it never showed up. Called again and they said it was still backordered, this is now 2 months since my order, It was only a printer, I finally cancelled and received a cancellation notice from them confirming my cancellation and saying my account would be credited the amount, they should of never collected my funds without shipping but that is another story. another 2 months and no credit back to my account, Have called left messages, emailed etc and still no credit to my account, Finally had AMEX cancel payment, they never responded to AMEX either.

"Be extremely cautious with this company -- my story is similar to many of the stories listed; I won't repeat what's already posted. However, it's now become obvious, they never intended to fill my order as I just received a cancellation e-mail from them. I called them to ask why they canceled my order -- they said they couldn't get the item from the manufacture any more. I pointed out that they still have it for sale on their web-site, to which they put me on hold and never came back (I waited 30 minutes). Why would a web-site advertise products, at great prices, that they can't obtain from the manufactures? And, they only tell you this weeks after you provide your credit card information."

"It is now about 3 weeks since I placed my first (and definitely my LAST) order with notebookforless.com. Except for the initial order confirmation email, I have received no communications from them, nor I have I received my order yet.

I have sent two emails to notebookfor less.com asking for my order status, both of which have gone unanswered. When I check my order online, all it says is that the order has shipped, but there is no other information given, not even a tracking #.

I will NEVER, EVER deal with this company again!

"I ordered an Epson projector for $1748, I called a few days later to get an update on its status. They told me that it was on back order. It would be shipped from the distribution center in Illinois. Today, 10/25/2010, I called they told me they would check and call me back in two hours. After four hours I called back, they told me that the costumer service dept. was busy and couldn't talk to me and that they would call me back. I think this is got to be the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. Stay away from these people. "

"Members of this company are easily available on the phone, and all are very polite. However they were a complete disaster for my order for a new television. They debited my credit card immediately (~$2000), and did not ship any TV to me for months for various given reasons (takes 1-2 weeks, out of stock waiting for new, etc. ~12 telephone calls and ~ 4 e-mails) before asking for a much higher price (an additional ~$600) at which point I canceled the order. They said money would be returned to credit card. It never happened. I had to go through my credit card company disputes even though they never claimed to sent me a TV (causing another month wait) before I finally got my money back. I can't tell if I was really unlucky or not - but this company was a complete disaster for me."

"This is the worst online store that I have ever used. I ordered a 24 inch Samsung computer monitor on the 3rd of August, and it is now the 10th, and I can't get any information on whether it has shipped or not and there is not information to be able to check with FedEx about where it is. I would never, never buy from this store again!!!!!"

"received the Fujitsu Scanner, and was defective. The manufacturer Fujitsu would only replace the scanner with a reconditioned product. Notebookforless.com responded initially and said the manufacturer should deal with it, and if not they requested the case number. I provided them the case number, and indicated I wanted a new unit. I did not get any further responses from them. I also requested a refund from notebookforless.com, and no response at all. Buyer beware! Also after additional check we noticed they run their facilities in a small office above the UPS store. No reachable phone number to discuss with a live person, only submissions by e-mail. I would strongly advise not doing business with this company."
