"Shipped a synthesizer that had various glitches making it usable, also poorly packaged. Took over 10 days to get a return authorization after numerous phone calls and emails, then the refund was not credited for several weeks after receiving the item, numerous phone calls, and threatening higher level escalation. Finally the item was refunded less a restocking fee which should not have applied since the merchant could not supply a non-defective version. In all, a terrible customer service experience from a merchant I used to be quite fond of. Novamusik seems to have gone through some changes in management, ownership, or staff and is not who they used to be. Avoid."
"I ordered a Waldorf Blofeld synth module from these guys. I got a message on my machine saying that they were out of the white coloured ones and if substituting a black one was okay. I called them and okayed it. The synth arrived several days later via UPS ground. Well packaged and in good working order. Service was prompt and uncomplicated."
"After ordering product got a call from sales rep saying product was not in stock but should be in the next week. After 7 days I called and canceled the order. Credit card was credited next day. The only problem I have with them is the web site showed this product in stock the whole time. "
