"Having had a good experience with this shop thought I'd tell about it.
The order was put in with economy delivery due on the 14.08.06 but was delivered on the 11.08.06 good start so far.
Before the order was sent out I realised I'd made a mistake with the motherboard I'd ordered, I contacted them via their live chat system and had the motherboard changed for the model I wanted within a few minutes.
Just had to ring them with payment details for the extra money I then owed.
Overall very quick and painless so far, and being able to track the order from start to finish is very good."
"This used to be one of the best online parts retailers, with excellent customer service and technical support. It has now dropped to an appalling level. We have had to wait 2 months for a return to be picked up by their couriers, customer services never return calls, technical support supply incorrect information and managers do not help or acknowledge errors made by them and have been rude. "
"Generally a good company with a nice range of products/prices and speedy order processing. The only down side, and this is a big down side, is that the after sales is terrible. I had a faulty motherboard that I took to Novatech, 3 weeks later they confirmed that it was faulty and sent it back to the manufacturers for replacement which I then received back from Novatech 2 ½ months after I first reported the issue.
If you depend on the equipment for income then you must make additional arrangements for support cover – fortunately I only play games ;)
In summary - great until it goes wrong."
"I cannot praise this company enough. I was unlucky enough to get a rogue computer I lost count of the amount of times it had to be returned and even though most components were gradually changed it still had an itermittant fault which they couldnt pin down. They gave me a brand new PC at no extra charge and I never had to pay a penny for any returns. Tech support and customer services 2nd to none.
A real gem of a company cannot recomment highly enough"
"Buying from this company is quick and easy. Staff know their stuff and orders are dispatched promptly.
My expeience with their repair service is not so good, I returned a PC for a motherboard repair and it was returned to me in a non usable condition. I popped the lid and found several jumpers had not been reconnected, cooling fans were detached from the casing and numerous screws were missing. No way had this been quality checked prior to returning to me. On a more positive note, when I returned it to them for the second time it was dealt with promptly."
