"After waiting 12 days for either my order to arrive or some information via email, I called Now Direct. I spoke to the first customer service representative on the phone, she explained that my order had not been "released to shipping", but that I would receive a call back regarding the item. A few hours later (after receiving no call back) when I called again, I spoke to a different customer service representative. I started over again explaining that I was inquiring about an order that I had placed and again, I was told that I would receive a callback. This time I actually receive a voicemail message from them & received a tracking number the next day.
The most problematic part about this whole exchange was that my money was taken as soon as the order was placed and there was no apparent drive for the vendor to actually fulfill the order. I seriously question whether I would have ever received the product had I not called, or would have simply had $850 less in my bank account."
"On 17 March I oredered a HHD. On 31 March I phoned concerning non-delivery. I politely was told that they didn't have the drive but would order it taking another two weeks. When I oredered the drive there was no mention that the drive was not in stock, and that it is now to take another two weeks it appears that they had no intention to reorder stock until I, customer, were to complain. They then, politely, proceded to direct me to the purchase of a drive that they did have in stock. I'm disappointed and went to another company to purchase my drive. I just hope they politely return my money."
"In my first purchase from NowDirect I had an amazingly good experience. Not only did they call to tell me the part I wanted was no longer made, they called Fujitsu to find a replacement. The replacement had better specifications and twice the capacity. NowDirect assured me that if it was not compatible, they would take it back. They made numerous calls to my office and emails to make sure I was content. I did not know that customer service that good from a computer parts store still existed. I have made numerous purchases from other highly rated stores and never been shown that care that Dani Ross and NowDirect showed for my purchase. Thank you NowDirect. "
