"I ordered 3 DVD's and tracking the order online was said to await approval. Had no response to my e-mail queries and to date have not received any products. My credit card, however was charged for the full amount on 12/13/03.

"The worst company we have ever dealt with. My wife ordered 9 DVD's on 11/15/03. My personal check cleared on 11/20/03. It is now 01/04/04 and they have not responded to any of our numerous E-mails. I don't know if we will ever see our DVD's or our money.
It is now April 2, 2004 and we still have not received our DVD's or a response from Now Playing 247. I filed a comlaint with the NYS Attorney General's office and am awaiting some type of action by them. "

I have e-mailed them twice concerning my order and have never heard one word from them.The item was ordered on Dec. 15th for Xmas and shipment was to be betwwen one and two days. Here it is Dec. 27th and I still have no idea what has happened to my order. I will never order from this vendor again!!"
"I placed an order on 12/13, paid extra for 5 day shipping, and have heard nothing more. I have sent 2 emails thus far, with no reply to either. This order was intended to be a Christmas gift, and of course will not be. "We ordered two dvd's from nowplaying247.com as gifts. It has now been 12 days since our order and my Master Card was charged the same day as the order. We have e-mailed them three times - on 12/8 - 12/9 and 12/10 and have had no response from them. We also faxed them on 12/11 and no response. All e-mails and fax was polite and only wanted to know shipping date. My wife also e-mailed them on 12/12 with no response. So this is my experience with nowplaying247. I will let who ever reads this make own decision whether to order from this company or not. I am beginning to wonder if we will ever get the dvd's or even if they are even in business. If you want to contact them BEWARE."
"After numerous ignored emails, I have still not received the DVD that was missing from my order from early November. It took approximately 6 emails to get a response. The response said they would mail out a replacement video on December 1st. when the DVD was not sent (and there is no record of it being enroute) I e-mailed again asking to have my money refunded through my credit card.
This too, has been ignored. I would caution anyone intending to buy from this company to consider their choice carefully.
At best their customer service is inexcusably poor.
I will probably never get my $20 DVD and if eventually sent, it most certainly won't arrive in time for the gift occasion I purchased it for. But I will continue to pursue this matter with vigor."
