"Purchased a product from NuShield. The product was inadequately described on NuShield’s website and did not meet my requirements. Have received NO response to customer support."

"Our first shipment in May, the instructions in the box said to use a CREDIT CARD to put it on and remove and bubbles. OBVIOUSLY the instructions were wrong as it scratched the protector. We called customer support and they said "Oh no, that is only if you are putting a protector on a cell phone".

Second, FINALLY after multiple calls a new protector was sent out in July. This one came with a CREASE and a FINGER NAIL hole in the corner. We called customer support and they said “Oh, that must have happened in the packing and shipping department".

Third, we just got the 3rd replacement, we did EVERYTHING you told us to do and it still have Bubbles and Scratches all over the screen. We called customer support and they said "Just wait 48 hours and the heat will make them go away". It has been 72 hours and the bubbles and scratches are still there.

"I bought a Sheild for my GatewayMX6425. I recieved it in a timly fashion even though I live in Canada (they are in the states, PA). I cleaned my screen with a Klear screen wipe I also purchased through them and installed my Shield. It took a little forcing to get it in, but that is nothing and wasn't a problem at all. It took maybe 3 minutes to clean/install it. I do notice a little contrast loss, but I increased the contrast under my display properties by 5 and now it looks the same as it did. I can't even tell it is there now. This tiny tiny little draw-back of the contrast is nothing compared to protecting the value of your LCD screen. My laptop is a month old now and I have been so afraid of scratches/smudges. Now I don't have to be so fussy and it is a big load off my shoulders knowing I won't have to go through the pain of my first scratch, since there won't be one! (crosses fingers!)

"Ordered screen protectors for both my laptop and the navigation systen in my new Acura. Order process was easy and received conformations for both order and shipping. I haven't used any other protectors so I can't compare quality but this product appears to be high quality. Haven't installed it in the car yet. The installation on the laptop was not hard but did take some effort. The protector on the laptop does cause some glare as it is not a matte finish, but shiney. I removed the protector from the laptop and probably won't use it too much glare. Will try the car next. I would purchase from this company again if the need arises. "

"Purchased some screen protectors from this company on January 3rd which arrived on January 6th. I specified 2nd day so they shipped promptly and the package arrived on schedule.

The product seems to be of infinitely higher quality than comparable products available via electronics, office supply, et al, stores. It's a thin, crystal clear sheet that floats on top of the screen rather than "sticks" to it, fits into the edges of the device and is easily installed. So far, I can't really tell that the protector is even there; the screen appears the same as before the sheet was installed.
