"Beware, check all the reviews - they are not a reliable company. I have sent boots to them in the past and they came back great. This time I sent in the boots and they never made it back. They started out wanting to help but when it came down to them needing to be responsible for the lost boots they quit. They refuse to respond to me directly so I tried the BBB and even they couldn't get them to respond. Not surprising they have a D- rating after what I experienced with them. If you use them just know you are taking a gamble with your shoes, maybe you will get them maybe you won't."

"I sent my favorite Red Wing chukkas for a rebuild. It took a while (nearly 2 months), but when I got them back I was tickled pink! They did beautiful work and the boots wear as well as they did the day I sent them off. They looked brand new out of the box. They were even deodorized. In their defense I will say that Nushoe is completely across the nation from me, but it was worth the wait. Gorgeous work. "

"NuShoe seems like a good company. They have a couple tiers of service. All include repairing the shoes. While the higher level tiers include new accessories.

I just received my shoes back from NuShoe. I opted for the Renew Plus package. I had a pair of Ecco City Walkers repaired. NuShoe did an excellent job on the shoes themselves. The leather has been restored to like new condition. Also, the sole, insoles and laces have been replaced.

Part of the Renew Plus package is additional accessories. You are suppose to receive a new travel bag, shoe tries and an extra set of laces. I received none of these. Basically, they performed their mid range repair service and charged me for their highest level.

To top things off, they are not responding to my emails about the issue. Not even an automated reply. I was expecting better from this company. After all they are the official repair facility for Ecco and others."
