"Love the stuff, but didn't appreciate having my order put on hold due to one item on potential backorder. Even worse, the email notice stated there was no expected fulfillment date for the backorder and the entire order was to be delayed indefinitely. When I called in I was told it was shipping out that day and there was no further delay, so in the end everything was fulfilled in an acceptable time frame.

Please ship orders out, if some items are backordered notify customers that only that portion of the order will be delayed, and be sure to supply an expected fulfillment date."
