"Ordered Taurine powder 1 kilo. Inner safety seal was not sealed and contents clumpy as if compromised by moisture. Label claims pharmacutical grade, however packaging suggest otherwise.

I asked for a return, and the next 5 emails from them are insisting that its ok to use. Well it isnt! If the safety seal on your mayonaise (or anything else) was broken, you would promptly return it to the store. I dont understand the resistance I got from them just to return a defective product.

Finally I got tired of dealing with them, and asked for my money back. Then they changed their tune, and said they would give me 'store credit' on this 'opened item'. well I tell you, it was opened when I got it, so i give up. I'm throwing the product away, and going to a local store. there is $25 down the drain.
