"So this Nutrasource had a sale a few weeks back and their product was featured on the front page of slickdeals.net because it was a good deal. Understandably, they received tons of orders and it including my previous one and it took them weeks to fill it. They apologized and offered me a discount on my next order so I gave them another chance. Boy that was a mistake! I placed my second order on 8/25 and as of 8/29 it still hasnt shipped yet. I called their 800 number to just cancel my order and the rep argued with me that their shipping process takes 3-7 business days but later changed her story telling me I should have the product at my doorstep in 7 business days which is ridiculous since it hasnt shipped yet and ground shipping will take longer than that.
This company cant figure out how to ship its products in anything resembling a timely manner. If you want to order your products now and receive them next month then go ahead and do business here."
"I have ordered from Nutrasource.com twice and have not had any problems. I did get an email saying that my order was in fraud check the first time, but customer service told me everything was okay. I got free shipping and my orders arrived within 7 days. I decided to buy from them because they had a really good promotion for new customers. I got a bunch of free samples as well. Overall a good experience.

"Terribly unprofessional company. Ordered some items on 7/11/2012, did not process the order until 7/25/2012.
I suspect they don't actually have an inventory ON HAND until you make the actual order. It took over two weeks for the item to ship, and during the whole time, the item was still listed as "in stock" on the website.
Expected delivery date 7/31/2012, over half a month for a shipment to arrive in my hands.
Terrible company, would not ever do business with them again.

"Same thing happened to me. Ordered and am still waiting for my order to ship. Checked after a week and my order actually said PENDING FRAUD VERIFICATION so I called and asked what that was all about. They said, 'oh, oops, sorry, no, we ran out of your order, it will ship tomorrow'. That was on the 17th. It's now 5 days later and it still hasn't shipped. Don't bother ordering from these a-holes."
"Don't bother with this store. They will never ship your order. I order some items from them and they didn't ship for a week so i emailed them and they don't respond until 3 days later. They tell me that they will ship by the end of the following week. I was very disappointed since they have a 48 hour guarantee but i let that pass. Still they didn't do that either so eventually i got fed up an canceled the order. Worst customer service ever. They lie about what stock they have and when they run out they don't even send a courtesy email to let you know. "
