"The shipping time is just awful. It took them 3 days since you order to ship the product. Then there is shipping time which is another week or so. If they need such a long time to process an order, they might want to try some faster shipping method to make up the time. For me to receive something in 9 days which is beyond their promised 3-8days period is very disappointing."
