Nutricity is a horrible company with what seems like trained chimpanzees answering emails instead of Customer Service Representatives. You can't even call the trained chimps on the phone and Lauren is one of the chief chimpanzees but clearly needs more training (if that is her real name).

This company is on Amazon's MarketPlace and I've gone out of my way to let Amazon know that Nutricity is a horrible company and does NOT represent Amazon's typically high quality Customer Service and Customer Experience.


Do yourself a favor and avoid Nutricity like the plague as it isn't worth the aggravation."

"had ordered white tea china pearl and did not receive that blend. they contacted me and wanted me to send them a picture of the box and the bar code. i e-mailed them back to tell them they could get the information they needed from their supply because i contacted the company that supplied that tea and they said the numbers at the bottom of the bar code will tell them what the product line is. they only asked me to do that as a determent and a ploy because how many people have a photo or scanning option with their computers. they then told me they didn't have any more of that product in stock, how convenient. they never contacted me again. the other strike against this seller is that they have a f rating with the BBB in scotsdale, ariz. where they reside; this is the worst rating you can have. some of the complaints lodged against them were for advertising issues. my advice is buyer beware with this seller, remember you were warned. "

"I placed an order on January 10th for two items--face cleanser and face cream. On January 23rd, I got a notice that the face cleanser had shipped (13 days later, which seems awfully long to process an in-stock item), but there was no mention of the face cream. I received the cleanser on the 26th, and still did not hear anything about the cream. Finally I contacted customer service on February 7th to confirm that the face cream was not being sent so I could order from someone else. I got confirmation a day later, but still no explanation as to why "the item could not be sent", which is puzzling as it remained listed as in stock on the website the entire time. A somewhat frustrating experience for my first and probably only order from Nutricity.com, especially since I had just run out of face cream when I ordered (something I use daily), and have now been without it for over a month when I could have ordered and received it probably four times over from a more reputable seller."
