"The products I ordered were all high quality. I ordered pecans in both the 4lb bag and the 1lb bag and there was a slight difference in the quality because many of the nuts in the 1lb bag were broken, although not so much that I couldn't use them. The rest of the order was perfect. I had to return the chips because they were mini chips, which was not explicitly stated on the website. I called to inquire about the size of the chips and the person on the phone suggested I order them and return them if not satisfied. I did end up returning them, and the entire process was handled professionally and quickly. I also received a refund for the return shipping. All in all, I was very satisfied with Nuts in Bulk."

I sent it back to you. The label is original, and unchanged( other than what the post office did where they crossed out your mistake and they wrote 91040). Oh b.t.w. I went to my local post office 3 times!!! Again, I live in Sunland,CA 91040. I responded to Jon S, asked him to call me and he did not. It pains me to return items that I truly wanted and I don't like to waste things. However, this level of incompetence tells me you can't be trusted. I'm eating this stuff for Christ's sake. I would bet money I don't have if I opened the box, the items would have been wrong also. You people wasted my valuable time and money. I have a million things to do, and this was not one of them. I could buy this stuff locally. Your almonds are probably grown here in CA. So why did I buy this stuff? It was convenient, and you a great variety of products. I may have to go to 3 different places to get what I want. It is Aug.31st. and I still don't have what I want. This was a terrible experience and a total waste of my valuable time.
