"I placed my first order a few minutes ago. Had to call customer service to make sure product was not shipped by USPS. Rude experience there. But, when I got a popup survey, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Printed out my receipt. Surprise! In very small print, it said "There was a problem calculating the shipping rates for the items in your cart." The receipt had no shipping costs. I called Customer Service less than 5 minutes of placing the order, after I noticed this, and was told essentially that it had already shipped, despite no total given to me for shipping on the receipt. I also wanted to make sure it was not shipped by USPS, because I would like to know that it would actually be delivered and arrive before Christmas. When he did not answer my question, and after all this non-assistance, I tried to cancel, and was told no can do. All he could do was transmit my request but reiterated that the item had already shipped. Asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said he was the supervisor. Pretty awful customer service. When I order online, I expect a seamless and quick experience, not this obfuscation. My 99-year old aunt loves black walnuts, and I was going to send her some every few months, but not with this experience. I will not be ordering from them again. Too much trouble and too little customer service. I will be writing another review if I do not receive a full refund."
