The customer service number rings to a cell phone voice mail and when emailing I did not get any valuable info on what my order status was. I after emailing them for over 20 days I contacted my bank and got a charge back. Essentially no customer service at all and an epic fail of a company. I should have known when the main banner logo on their site was of a windows vista CD case. "
