"Ordered a Christmas present on 12/11. When it did not arrive within the 5-7 business days they claimed, I called the day before Christmas Eve, and was told that my order would ship in about three (3) weeks. In what universe is that even remotely acceptable. Just terrible. Now I'm short a Christmas gift and have to take to shopping the day before Christmas Eve to find an imperfect substitute. Wish I'd seen these other reviews before I ordered. AVOID!!"

" I accidentally ordered from this seller, and I contacted Amazon to try to get them to stop the process because the item I ordered is not due to be delivered for almost a week and a half! Amazon contacted the seller and the seller said that because “they were getting ready to ship it“ they could not cancel and refund my order. I was also told I could just “refuse the package“ when it was delivered. Now, most people know that deliveries usually get dropped on the doorstep and you don’t get a notification-meaning nobody rings my doorbell or knocks on my door to get my attention, so no, I cannot refuse the order. I have to wait a week and a half for this delivery that “ is getting ready to be shipped now” while my money is taken out of my account for no reason at all, and then I have to take time out of my busy schedule to go to a UPS store so that I can ship the stupid thing back when I told the seller I didn’t want it in the first place! This is extremely bad customer service and I will never again order from this shop. I will also post reviews anywhere and everywhere I can so that everyone knows what a crock this seller is."

"Like Hurricane Irma...when supposedly order was shipped 11 days before hurricane hit US! Mind you that hurricane hit Florida and this is NY...like in New York...lingerie. Hurricane is the latest reason I was given for an almost two week delay in shipment and they say there is nothing they can do, it is out of their hands and in the hands of USPS. First and last time shopping here, cheap prices are not worth the hassle. Oh, forgot to mention that the charge to my card was done on the same day of the purchase, they are pretty quick for that!"
"My first order was sent twice, due to a postal delay. I emailed to offer a payment for the bras they sent to replace the first which eventually showed up. I only pay through paypal, but the email they sent demands a credit card number via phone. I responded I paid through PayPal that they could easily invoice my email...I'm sending them back. This is odd business practice and feels hokey."
