"I had a bad experience with NY Lingere.

They took my order, charged my card, gave me a bogus shipping number, then nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited several weeks before sending an email to ask about the shipment. No response. I waited a few days more, sent another email stating that I was going to contact my CC company if they did not respond. I received an email stating that my order was cancelled and my money refunded. End of story, no attempt to fulfill the order.

All I wanted was to have my order fulfilled. Were they nice about it, sure, I guess so. They were polite in the email.

Am I satisfied with the experience, absolutely not.

Update: I appreciate Tracy's effort to reply to this complaint. While I agree that clothing will fit differently, this is not the case. I wear medium and this sweat pants can fit a standard soccer ball and more in the crotch area. Unless your crotch is that big, this is definitely a defect. Now let's see if they will give me full refund. "
