I called customer service, had to leave a message as no one answered the phone, it was during the day. No one called back.

A week later I called again. My intent was to let the company know that there is a couple of glitches in their system, FYI only, as I was fine with my refund. I got a woman who did not understand and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell her. I asked her at one point to stop talking and listen, she did but then very rudely came back telling me I got my refund. After a couple of more tries trying to get through to her, I tried explaining one last time that this was only an FYI. Once again, she could not comprehend what I was saying and just became ruder. I gave up and hung up.
