"I never write reviews, because most of the time evertything is ok and I am fine with it. In this case ODGirl.com., it was not fine, it was aweful. I ordered a costume for my wife with some extras and the computer said that they were all in stock. Well two days later, I get an e-mail saying that they don't have the costume, it was out of stock. I was so mad because I had ordered a guys costume from another web site to match hers and that it took two days for them to tell us. The other site was great and I got my costume right away, but not hers. So, I went and found the same costume on another site and ordered it, but they did not have the hat that OD Girl had, so I told OD girl to send it on, even though the shipping was very expensive. Well, I got the hat and my invoice. They charged me more for the hat than was on the web site and they charged me even more for my shipping than we agreed to. What con artists!! They said that it was by mistake, but read the other reviews. The company never apologized or anything. Watch your back. I tried several times to talk to them about the issue, but I could not get much of an answer. Stay AWAY!!! "
"I received an email confirming my order. odgirl.com charged my account and more than a week later I was forced to call them to see where my order was. That's when they told me the costume I ordered was sold out. "Didn't you get the email?" the sales rep asked me. I received no email or notice or any kind. Now I am forced to ask for my money back and try to locate another costume someplace else. I have seen the negative reviews of odgirl.com and should have gone with my gut instinct and not ordered from them. I wont be making that mistake again. I can't recommend strongly enough against ordering from this company."
"why oh why didn't i read the terrible reviews before ordering from this store. two of the three items i ordered never arrived. i emailed and they told me the items were on back order. that would've been good information to give me BEFORE i placed my order, especially considering that their OUTRAGEOUS shipping prices are only workable if you order multiple items. there was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right. as someone who orders this type of merchandise online frequently, they really blew it -- first and last time i use them. back to better stores like 3wishes and wickedtemptations"
"ODGirl commits fraud. I ordered a necklace from them after spending hours looking for exactly what I wanted. The item I received was low in quality, clearly misrepresented by the photo on their website. When I sent back the first item to prove that it was different than the one I ordered, they changed the photo of the item on their website to one of the low quality item and sent me another low quality item back. They were not willing to give me a full refund for my losses and claimed there was no difference. Although I paid with PayPal, PayPal does not handle fraud, so my dispute was dropped without arbitration.
I do not recommend buying from ODGirl.com because you may not receive the item you ordered. Their customer service is rude and unjustly accusatory."
"I have never had so many problems buying for an online source in my life. I sent out for my referee costume and instead got a baseball uniform. Even the receipt within the package said I was suppose to receive the ref costume but they still managed to make that mistake. Then I emailed them about THEIR mistake and they were extremely short with me. No apologies, no sympathy, they didn't even acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake. It was as if I WAS the one who made the mistake.. which it was for shopping with them.

I orderd a petticoat for my Halloween Costume they were they only place that had a good price and could express ship which I need because I'm making my costume and needed the measurements. I paid an extra 17.17 for two day delivery. So two days later expecting package (especially since I live close to there office) I still have not received it frustrated I check on there website for information on my delivery I go there and notice it hasn't even been shipped.I emailed them and they assured me that it would be shipped the next day. Then after the status hadn't changed I called they informed me it was not it stock. The website did not mention it nor did they tell me in the email. Well I canceled my order and went somewhere else and saved time in money!"
"I will never order from this website again. When i first ordered, my account was charged double the amount. I called the next morning demanding to get my money back. ] Two days later, I recieved my entire money back, and once again complained, because they refunded all the money, including the money for my order i still wanted. Once again, their customer service seemed to not care, and they told me that they will rededuct the money when it gets shipped.
Odgirl is a terrible place to order from. They will screw over your bank account, and take advantage of having your billing information. better luck trying another website."

im writing this review on odgirl.com because i feel they deserve it..im not a fan of online shopping because ive been continuously f'ed over by it but i really needed a faux fur outfit so i took the risk once again.so my experience with odgirl.com went well the outfits were great and there was no hassles what so ever..nicely packaged in a clear plastic zip-up bag which i thought was impressive! but that might not be for all packaging since i ordered custom made faux fur outfit. so yeah if i had to add anything else it would be my tick of approval, ciao."
"I purchased an outfit from odgirl.com and was very satisfied with the shipping time, order processing and appearance of the product. However, the quality of the product was very poor. More specifically, the die that was used on the material was of poor quality and bled terribly onto the white sleeves of the sweater top. When I contacted odgirl.com about my situation, their customer service department was very short with me and treated me as if they did not care at all that I had a problem. They would not refund or even exchange the product even after I offered to pay the shipping to return it. I asked if I could get a substantial discount on the same product if I reordered it and the only offer they gave me was a PATHETIC 5% off. This translates into a whopping $2.00!! Bear in mind this would be the second time I would be buying the exact same outfit. If you have any problem with the products you order from this company, you are just out of luck - period. They will not try to make the situation right - they are only interested in making a profit and have no customer service."

Today is halloween and i stil have no costume. I recommend not to order anything from this website. You're better off just going to the halloween store."
