"OEM Planet appears to be running a full blown mail fraud scheme. Several people paid for Microsoft Surface Pro's and received either an empty envelope or a $2 Screen saver cover. While the company sends an apology letter blaming fulfillment center error, they appear to have no intention to fulfill the order in spite of being paid from the buyers.
Taking action through USPS for mail fraud as they use Express mail for delivery and the FBI as they appear to have violated interstate commerce laws. Shame on Amazon for allowing OEM Planet on the vendor platform. "
"I placed an order with OEMplanet.com on 12/29/10. They havent shipped my order nor have they responded to emails. When you try to call them you get an answering machine message that states they will be closed on the 13th due to bad weather. Well Ive been calling a week after that and they didnt change their message. I'd love to meet this guy and beat the $50 out of him."
"yes, they don't return money, they don't answer emails or phone calls. be aware, we are still trying to get
$648 for accessories"
"Service was poor It's been since Dec, 23 and i still haven't received my package. Seems to me there into jacking people for there hard earned money."
"Order confirmed same day, promised delivery 5 - 7 business days. Sent email 10/4 requesting status of order - no response.
Follow up emails sent on 10/25 and 10/27, not even as much as an auto reply.
Total and utter waste of time. I'll be claiming my money back from Paypal. Buyers stay well clear!!"
