"I ordered 6 Aprilia decals from this website on 15-05-2023 and paid 102.16 €. The company didn't respond to my emails and didn't ship the products within the promised delivery time (3-6 days). They also failed to inform me about the extended delivery time and lack of products. Part of my emails returned as non-delivered (invalid e-mail address). I had to email its Danish subsidiary company and ask for a valid e-mail address to contact Motogroup BV in Tiel. They gave me this e-mail address: questions (at) motogroupnl (dot com) I wrote all of my emails in Dutch and English languages. On 01-06-2023, I received a response from this email saying that some parts were still in backorder with their supplier and that once this order was complete, they will ship it out to me as soon as possible, apologising for the inconvenience. I received my ordered products on 13-06-2023. In conclusion, I can't rate this company 5 starts because it cost me a lot of anxiety (I even thought I was scammed after reading so many negative customer comments). However, despite having to contact them about my order, I received my things within a month. P.s. I provided the above-mentioned email address intentionally, just in case any other customer wants to contact the seller."
