"I ordered a printer on Sunday 11-4-07 and I never received a confirmation email of the transaction, then I logged into my account and there was a UPS shipping number, but as of today (11-6-07) there is no information.

I called today and was told by Dora that there was a problem with the shipping so I cancelled my order even though my credit card has been charged."
