The bed looks great, and compliments the rest of the bedroom furniture. Shipping was very fast (received the bed within two days of purchasing), and easy to track. "We bought this laptop/computer desk. The setup was quite easy and it comes with a fairly simple instructions, it took for 15-30 mins to assemble it with very little help from my wife. After assemble it looks as described.
However, what we see that few of the places the finish is not that great or may be it is with the package we received, some of the edges were already coming off while were assembling the desk.

All in all the table is somewhat Ok but i would have expected better finish."

"Received (2) units in the order and it was received much sooner than stated. Upon receipt I opened a box to start putting it together and it was missing the dowels that were needed for the support piece. I opened the second one and it too was missing the dowels. Tried to contact the seller using the number listed on the instruction sheet and call was not answered. I then sent an email relaying my issue. Since I couldn't reach anyone, I went to a hardware store and purchased a bag of dowels so I could put the item together. The next morning I did receive an e-mail concerning my complaint requesting me to advise as to which item I had purchased. I sent a return email explaining I went out and purchased the missing part so I could go ahead and assemble the piece. Don't know how my complaint would have been handled; however, I am very pleased with the item itself. It fit perfectly where I needed it and is a sturdy unit. I would purchase from this company again."

"If i could give 0 stars I would!! This company posted a very deceiving picture online of a changing table. Then when it came in and was not what was expected I reached out to start the return process. Come to find out, DESPITE being mislead by the photo, I would still have to pay a 20% restocking fee AND return shipping. I have just decided to keep the product because by the time I pay shipping and restocking I will be out over $150 and the product was $250. Not to mention their customer service is rude, uncaring and disrespectful...if they even answer the phone. Completely disgusted!"

"I have 2 small yorkies (3 & 4 pounds) who both are afraid of stairs. They both were afraid of other stairs that we tried, but we never found one that they would use. To my surprise they both went up the stairs to the bed. It is extremely well made and the material is soft. I think the sides made them feel secure. I would highly recommend this stairs for all dogs. The way it is made it is going to last forever."

" Osiris is a 15 pound Egyptian Mau that is nine years old. I bought this tower for a senior, fat cat. Si loved it the first few days but he can’t sleep on the top platform because he hangs off. I would send it back, but it would cost more than it’s worth. Please make one that’s about 6 inches deeper and 6 inches wider, And I will buy it. Also I think cats prefer more of an oval or rounded surface for sleeping. I know you make one that’s more oval but it was green and I wanted gray like Si’s fur. Overall it’s made very well just modest in size."
