"Ordering was easy, packages came in decent shape, but the product is way below average. I expected the slate to be in decent condition. My big plant stands piece of slate was actually broken, mended, repainted and looks horrible, the other two are just ok. I realize that this isn’t an outrageously expensive, but I did expect it to be nicer than this. Very disappointed!"

"We bought this laptop/computer desk. The setup was quite easy and it comes with a fairly simple instructions, it took for 15-30 mins to assemble it with very little help from my wife. After assemble it looks as described.
However, what we see that few of the places the finish is not that great or may be it is with the package we received, some of the edges were already coming off while were assembling the desk.
All in all the table is somewhat Ok but i would have expected better finish."
"I purchased plant stands that came with 3 slate stones on them. I was surprised because they totally match my coffee table. I had no trouble with any of them being broke. They are sturdy as well. It was a good purchase."

"Received (2) units in the order and it was received much sooner than stated. Upon receipt I opened a box to start putting it together and it was missing the dowels that were needed for the support piece. I opened the second one and it too was missing the dowels. Tried to contact the seller using the number listed on the instruction sheet and call was not answered. I then sent an email relaying my issue. Since I couldn't reach anyone, I went to a hardware store and purchased a bag of dowels so I could put the item together. The next morning I did receive an e-mail concerning my complaint requesting me to advise as to which item I had purchased. I sent a return email explaining I went out and purchased the missing part so I could go ahead and assemble the piece. Don't know how my complaint would have been handled; however, I am very pleased with the item itself. It fit perfectly where I needed it and is a sturdy unit. I would purchase from this company again."

"If i could give 0 stars I would!! This company posted a very deceiving picture online of a changing table. Then when it came in and was not what was expected I reached out to start the return process. Come to find out, DESPITE being mislead by the photo, I would still have to pay a 20% restocking fee AND return shipping. I have just decided to keep the product because by the time I pay shipping and restocking I will be out over $150 and the product was $250. Not to mention their customer service is rude, uncaring and disrespectful...if they even answer the phone. Completely disgusted!"
