"I am at fault for missing the details of the return policy. Regardless, the return policy seems very unprofessional and as if they intend to stick you with purchases that you are not satisfied with. I bought a desk from Walmart.com that is a different color in person than what is displayed online. It weighs 120 lbs. OJCommerce’s return policy states that I am responsible for the shipping cost and a 20% repacking fee. I would pay more to send it back than I paid for it. They claim “Satisfaction Guaranteed” however, I am not satisfied but stuck with this desk. In this modern age of ecommerce where Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock dot coms all have free return policies on products bigger than mine, it seems apparent that OJCommerce does not stand behind their customer satisfaction guarantee and fully expects us to be stuck with a product we do not like. I will no longer use this company. My order number was 2781985485404."

"Purchased item on eBay at priced listed. Next day received an email from eBay stating that the item had been cancelled at my request and that I would receive a refund. I contacted OJ Commerce stating that I had not cancelled the order. Their response was that the listing was wrong and the price would be adjusted - higher. I contacted eBay and informed them of the situation. They said that this is against their sellers agreement policy as a purchase is a contract. Also because OJ Commerce said that I cancelled the order, I am unable to leave seller feedback on eBay. Ebay is looking into removing "buyer initiated cancellation" so that I can leave feedback on their site. They also are reporting this violation through their escalation channels."

"ordered the air conditioner from OJ Commerce thru Walmart. checked the price on the LG home site first before buying it from OJ. the price difference was about $20 to $40 more compared to this site (OJ). it arrived a couple of days earlier then said, so I was glad for that. it is a nice little unit and pretty quiet compared to my last one. it cool the room nicely.
