"I ordered a microfiber chair for my BFF. It was suppose to arrive by FedEx. First they told me it would come the 15th, then said it would be there the 13th. My friend waited all day . . no chair! It arrived the next day (the 14th) when she wasn't home but her neighbors told her some pure white truck showed up and the driver threw the box to the ground off the truck and rolled it over several times to get it to her door! The box was beyond mangled when she found it on her doorstep! The chair was a recliner/rocker and was all jumbled in the box too. One of the parts was broken but my son was able to put the chair together for her and it works. She loves the chair but was in tears when she thought it was broken because of they way it was delivered very unprofessionally! "

"I ordered a 6 piece bedroom set where the bed was supposed to have drawers underneath it. However I did not receive it like that and the head board was a joke. Stuff didn’t line up for the screws and the head board would not attach to the bed. I don’t know why it’s so hard to put your stuff together. Even the drawers to the 6 piece set sucked. "
