The item was packaged really well. Once I got all the plastic off to inspect all 4 pieces, there were not any scratches at all! I ordered the black daybed and scratches would really show on black. "I ordered a blue toilet tissue holder. It matched my beach themed restroom beautifully. However, it did not include blue screws to attach it to the wall. So i had to use standard issue screws. It should include the blue screws. Using standard issue screws takes away from the look of the item. Other than that, Im very happy with my purchase. "

"I ordered a twin bunk bed with trundle back in the beginning of Feb.2018 it came with the headboard completely damaged and in useable i requested a replacement the very next day. It is now Mar the 15th .i have been reaching out sending email after email and kept receiving an email stating my replacement was being processed going on a month I had enough i called damaging answers for customer service to tell me my replacement piece is NOT arrive to ship ..they insured that I will be refunded the Money in 1-2 business days ..but already being that they strung me along for a month I am 100% in going to have to constantly call and wait for this return ....i will NEVER order from them . i ordered through Wal-Mart .com but I will make sure my items have nothing to do with oj commerce !!!! Horrible experience not worth the yime or the headache because the quality of the bunk bed was also horrible and not worth it !!! "
"I ordered a new matress for my son’s bed he keeps riping the waterproof covers I buy, so i got this waterproof mattress for him. It is working great, he loves it and has just added it to the top of his other mattress since it is only 6”. He sleeps well on it. We did allow it to inflate from packing for 48 hours before he slept on it the first time. We were told it would take over a week to recieve it but we got it in only 3 days! Thanks!"
"I ordered a dresser for my son through Walmart and received it very quickly. I’m only giving it a 3 star review because one side of the dresser has some cosmetic damage (I can live with a scratch), but once it was put together we noticed that the drawers were uneven. There is more of a gap on one side than the other. We decided to keep it being it was a pain in the **** to put together and would be more of a hassle to pack back up and return. "
