"This seller's turn around on shipping times is beyond terrible. Claims to ship items fast but I've been waiting over 2 weeks now with no shipping confirmation yet. My order status still says "Processing". That is not fast in today's world if you want to compete with Walmart and Amazon. OJCommerce also does not submit reviews on their site for products unless it is 4 or 5 stars from what I can tell. I worked for an eCommerce company once and that's exactly what they did. Beware of companies like this, guys! They are trying to pull the wool over your eyes!"

"Fast Delivery. Nice product, desk surface space a little tight with 2 monitors. For a fiber board construction is OK. 2.5 hours to assemble. If I was to do again I could probably get it done in 45 minutes. This is a good desk if you are tight on space."
"I was looking for some Pet Stairs for my two cats to get into my bed with ease on Walmart's website when I came across these pet stairs sold by OJ Commerce!
My order came way before the estimated delivery date! And it even came with the tool that was needed to assemble; which made them even more easy to assemble! The directions were very easy to understand! Even though I didn't need the directions! It was very simple to put together! These Pet Stairs are of great quality, and just the right height for my four inch bed! My cats really appreciate the fact that they no longer have to jump to get on and off of my bed! "
"Ojcommerce offers horrible customer especially service for returns!! On May 1, 2020 I purchased Bissell Deep and Clean from Walmart.com through ojcommerce for over $32.00 for 60oz. I checked my order on May 2 and the price had dropped to $17.00 for the exact same product. My order had not yet processed. In fact it took until May 14 for my order to process. The entire time the price remained at $17.00. Ojcommerce did not notify me of the price change and offer me the difference.
When the I attempted to return the product to my local Walmart. The associate stated that "she could not take the return due to it being from a third party seller and you will have to contact the company yourself to make arrangements for a return" so I immediately contacted ojcommerce and I recieved an email stating "you have 10 days to return this product. You will be responsible for shipping cost. You will be responsible for a 20% restock fee and if we feel that the product is damaged you can be charged up to a 50% restock fee."
So I went to walmart.com and clicked on the product's return policy and it stated "return:store" so I went back to my local Walmart. They again refused to take it. This time citing the coronavirus. I asked to speak with a manager who by the grace of God took my return. He said that they would ship the product back to ojcommerce, with no restocking fees.
During this entire ordeal o attempted to contact ojcommerce by phone and email to not avail."
"Bought a bike and there was quality issue. I could not reach customer service at all. Nobody is answering the phone. At least if people are working from home, they need to be able to answer the phone from home. Not happy at all. This is the worst that can happen for customer service. "
