"I own 3 i3E EOS, an i5T EOS, a Valkyrie Mini PL2, a Valkyrie mini IR, and a Seeker 3 pro bright. I've also owned a Valkyrie Pro IR laser/white light.
Overall i have found olights to have outstanding quality and at an outstanding price. Some of the models were works in progress, but i especially like the i3E, i5T EOS and Valkyrie mini models. The Valkyrie mini models especially are truly outstanding lights, at any price.

"After running the PL Pro Valkyrie on my AR with a pressure switch, I bought a second one for a new Sig MK 25 P226. "First, the Olight wed-site is very clumbsy and laborious to use. Second, the availability of Javelot Pro, Javelot Turbo and Javelot Pro 2 battery packs are a real joke. Olight is telling their Customers that you can have a spare or backup battery pack ready in case of an emergency but cannot or won't sell these battery packs. Out Of Stock is all one ever sees. I had a Javelot Pro and it only needed a new battery pack and had to return it for a new Javelot Turbo, which I like very much. Now I have been informed that the Desert Tan Javelot Turbo battery packs have been discontinued. I was informed by Olight that if I needed a spare battery pack to just order the black replacement, which is still Out Of Stock. Olight was once a very good or Great supplier but this business is for Sure, Going Down Hill and fast... Concerned Customer of many Olight products~!"

"I have received OLight products in the past as gifts and I have purchased for my self before and I have recommended them to several coworkers as we use lights a lot. I decided to order several lights as Christmas gifts for them. I purchased them on December 15, 2021and they were paid within minutes. When ordering OLight indicates FEDEX shipping and when I went to check the shipping status it indicated that my order was shipped December 17, 2021 from China. I was concerned that they will not be here in time for Christmas so I looked for a customer service number on their website and could not find one listed? after disbelief that they had no phone number listed on their website I emailed with two simple questions. Where is my order? and when will I receive it? I have copied and pasted the email string after that and it is pathetic and laughable.

I really hate to be rude but this indicates that it is being shipped from China? How long will this take? These are supposed to be Christmas gifts!!!! By looking at the tracking information it is now only in Japan. When I purchased these It said FEDEX shipping I don't take that to mean over a week from when you receive payment.
So all this bull they list on their website regarding customer appreciation and satisfaction is bullsh*t.....
Purchase a different brand from a company that really cares about customer service.

I was sent my correct Javelot but recieved a tiny EOS and a weird dog badge instead of what I ordered, contacted customer service to be told that I ordered this package which I definitely would not have ordered,
if they were out of my bundle I wish they had said so instead of sending me this useless stuff.
they even removed my order where I cannot go back and get A COPY OF THE CORRECT ORDER.
