"I recently bought the Seeker 3 just add it onto my Shotgun that night. The next night we got woke up a noise out side so I grabbed my Shotgun and went to investigate. I started off looking with my headlamp it wasn't bright enough I turned on the Seeker 3 on low and still couldn't see anything. So decided to turn it on high oh man it made it day light out. That is when I noticed something moving on the back of a tree. It turned out to be a 300 lb black bear getting in to my chicken feed. If it wasn't for the Seeker 3 I would have walked right by it again like the past 5 times. It's a awesome flashlight for any kind of rifle that you needed light up somewhere."

"First of all, I really think the product is amazing. Small, super bright light and functional. The frustration for me is I am now experiencing the failure of the Baton 3 Twice in the last 12 months.
Essentially, the same thing happen twice to my flashlights.
When I returned the flashlight to it's charger, the charger unit and flash light became very hot to the point of not working. I then observed the blinking red light inside the charger and the baton would no longer work.
This has happened twice. The first time was within 30 days, the second time (replacement) lasted 6 months.
That is frustrating enough in itself, but the process to communicate with Olight support, was very inefficient.
No phone number for support, unfortunately. However, they are very responsive to email, but not effective at resolving issues expediently. At least a dozen emails required for me to receive my first replacement after failing within first 30 days, and it took weeks to get it.
This time, the support person felt it must be the charger, sent out the charger.
Charged it up, placed baton 3 in it, only to see the familiar blinking red light inside the charger.
Now, I am asked to return the product to be repaired under warranty?? Seriously?
Not happy about the quality of the Baton 3, obviously, nor the customer service in terms of efficiency.
I have receive the RMA info to return my product, but not hopeful on seeing anything back in the near future.
