"I've had great service here, no problems, very fast, good prices, except for the shipping, and I'm sure they are only charging what they have to pay for shipping, but postage is high these days! I've been pretty happy with the prices, of course I've only ordered three times, and today I've ordered 12 special bulbs! If I have any mishaps I'll come back and let you all know.
But I'm sure they're gonna keep me smiling about their service and goods!
The way it stands now, I almost can't wait to buy here again. And if I had a good income, I'd load up on light bulbs! But I live hand to mouth, just like most of my friends and neighbors.

"Ripped off.
I ordered lamps from the company and they sent me the wrong lamps totally their fault. I’ve asked for a refund or to send me the right lamps with no response from the company in a month. I guess it’s my loss."

"100% Scammer and this company does not even exist in Hongkong after checking on Hongkong government company directory. I bought my 5 bulbs there. After waiting for 5 weeks, yes 5 weeks without any tracking number i got the 4 bulbs. And the 4 bulbs i received are not even the same to the photo on the site. They are more like replica and obvoius the photos on site are stolen maybe from amazon and ebay.
The worst thing is when putting the bulbs on my fixture, one of them exploded on my hand. Luckily nothing serious.
During wait of 5 weeks, i sent them 5 emails about where my order is, zero replies.
After i submitted a return request, there was no reply too.

I had to contact my credit card company to solve this. Due to that i had thrown the terrible quality bulbs in garbage can, finally after a long wait and complicated procedures, i got my money back.

Lesson learned!"
