It actually amounted to $85. Is what I was told over the phone. So Instead they end up shipping FedEx for $52.06 instead leaving a difference of $26.17. Which is what they ripped me off. "I ordered 4 replacement front steering bushings for my White GT205 tractor. Part number 741-0523 (superseded by 941-0523). These have an approximately 3/4" inside diameter for the steering shaft to go through and are about 1"tall. Instead, I received 4 part number 9326, which look the same but are smaller with a 1/2" inside diameter and are only 11/16" tall. These will notwork.
Refused to acknowledge the error, saying "you ordered the wrong part". No! YOU substituted the wrong part. Pictures available to prove it. Sent me an email saying returns possible if I pay return shipping and order a new part and pay shipping again! I ordered the exact same part number from a different vendor and received the correct part.
I want a refund of my entire cost of interacting with OMB Warehouse."

"I placed an order for 150.00 worth of product. One of the items I ordered was a pair of red grips. When my order arrived there was only one grip. I have contacted customer service 3 times and got nothing but the run around from her. I finally called their direct line and even though it was not the right department the gentleman I spoke with was very understanding and I just got an email saying the other grip had been shipped. It **** because I told the girl in customer service from the very first call that this was for a job I was working on. So as far as product goes I would have given them a 5 start but because of their extremely poor customer service, I gave the 2-star rating. They won't have much repeat customers if they don't get someone in customer service that actually cares about the customer."
