I had to admit I was pretty impressed at this point, things were moving quick. Well that is where everything stopped, I never heard another word from anybody until 12-27-16. When I ordered these items it was stated they were in stock, cannot understand for the life of me why an in stock item took 12 days to ship. Well I won't be using this company again, first and last time. Way too many options out there as a consumer to have to tolerate this kind of service."

The customer service rep offered to give me credit and cancel the process. Once I told him I never shop here, I just wanted it canceled and refunded, they acted like they didn't see my message until it was too late."

12/15 - received email that my order was in process with the warehouse
12/22 - I wrote to opsgear to track my order
12/23 - received email that they were oversold
12/23 - I asked for a refund
1/4 - 2 weeks later - still waiting. no merchandise, no refund and no response. I'm out $110. It's been 2 weeks and and they have not tried to make this right yet
