So I called a number of times and finally got through and spoke to a rep. and she said it was being handled. So i waited and waited, then i tried calling again and again and again. I never spoke to anyone again and i still haven't received my order. So i called my Credit card and disputed the charge and my credit card said i would not be charged. Then I finally got an email from someone named David. I replied and cancelled my order, I never received the product and Opsgear never credited my credit card, so yeah Opsgear SUCKS!!! "
